Job Summary
The position of CNC Field Service Engineer involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex CNC, lathe, and mills at customer sites. This traveling role offers the opportunity to provide technical support and training to clients while ensuring optimal machine performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field installation and assembly of machinery, specifically CNC/ Lathes/ Mills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, software, calibration set up, PLC, and troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for service management
- Knowledge of multi-axis machining and software installation
- Understanding of PLC controls, electrical diagrams, and systems
Additional Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
