Job Summary
Join L.A. Gauge Company as a CNC Equipment Maintenance Specialist, responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machines and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining CNC and/or precision machining equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Familiarity with 5-Axis Trunnion CNC equipped with FANUC controllers, Siemens, or Heidenhain CNC controls
- Experience working with CMMs (Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon) and knowledge of metrology principles
- Basic understanding of PLCs, servo motors, and industrial automation
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Welding, fabrication, or machining background
