CNC Bending Operator

Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC bending machines with accuracy and efficiency (TRUMPF TruBend or equivalent) to produce precision sheet metal components; develop and refine programming, fixtures, and production methods during initial production runs; troubleshoot operating and programming issues to ensure optimal machine performance; inspect parts against blueprints and specifications using calipers, protractors, and tape measures; maintain high-quality output through in-process and final inspections; actively participate in shop floor management meetings and SYNCHRO Plus initiatives; support continuous improvement projects; safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling, lifting up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC bending equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely with precision equipment and heavy materials
