Job Summary
The CNC Maintenance Technician III role involves providing essential support and preventative maintenance on production equipment while collaborating with Maintenance and Production teams. Responsibilities include performing advanced preventive maintenance on equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced equipment problems, assisting other technicians, tracking maintenance activities in CMMS, and ensuring necessary spare parts are available. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with significant experience in mechanical systems and CNC equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience performing PM’s and Maintenance on mechanical systems
- Intermediate level experience with CNC equipment
- Intermediate level experience working with computers and MS Products
- Experience managing spare parts inventory
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC equipment operation – Mills, Lathes, Hones
- 2-year technical degree or trade certification
- Forklift certification
