Job Summary

Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Manager responsible for guiding talent acquisition initiatives, overseeing performance management processes, coaching managers on conduct and performance issues, and partnering with Learning & Development to train managers. Ensures annual review processes, documentation standards, budget alignment for HR activities, and adherence to policies. Leadership responsibilities include directing the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Performance Operations, driving strategic HR programs in a regulated environment, and fostering a high-performance culture with ethical standards, collaboration, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (with HR experience preferred)
  • Five to seven years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, or employee relations
  • Background screening will be conducted
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems, performance management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyze workforce data to support decision making
  • Ability to travel as needed
