Job Summary
CNA positioned in Arcadia Workforce Center (Full-Time, NOC 12:00am–8:00am) delivering resident care under supervision, including ADLs (bathing, eating, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming), toileting and peri care, transfers and repositioning (two-person or lift as required), transporting residents for activities/meals, documenting vitals and intake/output, providing companion services, and reporting changes to licensed staff. Works with interdisciplinary team to ensure care plan adherence, completes mandatory in-service programs, and adheres to safety and privacy policies. Requires High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of CNA experience, Hawaii CNA certification, First Aid and CPR certification, and basic computer skills. Salary: $27/hour with a full-time (35-40 hours/week) NOC shift; benefits include healthcare, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Proficiency with computer software (Vision or Microsoft Office Suite)
