Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per their care plans, and document actions before leaving shift. Maintain a warm, calm environment and cooperate with the care team, including reporting changes to LPN/RN, and ensuring accurate care plans, kardex, and MDS assessments are followed. Communicate with residents, families, staff, and physicians to enhance resident care and staff environment. Attend mandatory inservices and pursue ongoing education; demonstrate patience, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA and MRCC policies; promote safety, infection control, and quality of care.
