Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), ambulation, and transfers, as well as maintaining confidentiality and promoting a culture of safety.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
