Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Willow Park Healthcare Center in Lawton, OK. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), monitor vital signs, support mobility and transfers to prevent pressure injuries, observe and report changes to licensed nurses, maintain accurate documentation, assist with meals and hydration, maintain a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control and safety procedures. Requires active CNA certification in the state, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting; compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
