Job Summary
Deliver meals, assist with personal hygiene, and transport residents within the facility while maintaining clean living areas. Observe residents for health issues and report findings to the supervising nurse, documenting all food and fluid intake. Provide fluids and nourishment, assist with feeding nutritional supplements, and make beds as needed. Adhere to professional standards, follow facility policies, and maintain resident confidentiality. Requires current CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, physical stamina, and strong communication skills. Located in Beech Grove, Indiana, with competitive pay and health benefits.
