Job Summary
CNA Weekend Warrior at East Troy Manor in East Troy, WI (on-site). Provides patient/resident care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, implements the plan of care, documents results, and communicates with residents, families, and health team members. Schedule offers flexible options with Days, PMs, and NOCs; base hourly wage $19.00–$22.28 plus weekend premiums (+$5.00, +$7.00, or +$10.00 per hour on alternating weekends) and shift differentials ($2.00 PM, $2.50 NOC). Benefits include health, dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, continuing education, EAP, and more. Qualifications include being in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry, ability to meet physical requirements, English literacy, and preferred experience in hospital/long-term care; CPR certification preferred.
