Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under nursing supervision, assisting with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens. Observe residents for changes in condition and report findings to staff promptly while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered services. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm, with five consecutive weekends followed by a weekend off. Earn $25 per hour with daily pay. Requires a current, active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification. Join a 127-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassion, dignity, and a home-like atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
