Job Summary
Weekend CNA program with 32 hours per week offering two 12-hour weekend shifts (6:30am–6:30pm) and one 8-hour evening shift (2:30pm–10:30pm); requires completing 48 of 52 weekends per year. Provide resident care including activities of daily living (eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, positioning), obtain vital signs and monitor weight/calorie counts, and promptly report changes to the charge nurse. Maintain cleanliness and a neat appearance, adhere to core values and mission, and work collaboratively with the care team to enhance residents' lives. Requires PA CNA certification and a sincere desire to care for older adults; COVID-19 prevention protocols observed. Benefits include PTO, 401K, and comprehensive health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work weekends (requires 48 of 52 weekends per year)
