Job Summary
Weekend CNA program at Fairmount Homes in rural Ephrata, PA. 2 weekend 12-hour day shifts (6:30am–6:30pm) and 1 weekday 8-hour evening shift (2:30pm–10:30pm) per week; must work 48 of 52 weekends per year. Competitive pay ($31.20–$33.75/hour) with benefits including PTO, 401K, and health coverage. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, reporting changes to the charge nurse, obtaining vital signs and weights, and maintaining resident appearance. Requires PA CNA certification and a sincere desire to care for older adults. COVID-19 infection prevention protocols in place. Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have CNA certification or in the process of obtaining certification
- Desire to work with older adults
- Friendly, respectful, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
- Ability to perform activities of daily living tasks and assist with mobility, bathing, eating, elimination, etc.
