Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing companionship and reassurance to foster a warm, homelike environment. Ensure coordinated and comprehensive care by collaborating with nursing and facility teams. Demonstrate physical stamina for tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility. Maintain a respectful and positive work environment through supportive presence and interpersonal communication. Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
