Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, including identifying residents, recording information using approved abbreviations, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with daily activities, meals, transport, and resident comfort. Follow policies, ensure safety, document accurately on flow sheets and charts, report accidents or incidents, protect resident information, participate in nursing shifts, and assist with preparing residents for tests and medical examinations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, an licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
