Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, mobility, toileting, eating), documenting intake, vital signs and weights, and supporting restorative nursing activities. Follow established care procedures, comply with state/federal regulations and facility policies, and uphold Resident Rights. Position requires high school diploma or equivalent and active CO CNA certification; experience in long-term care preferred. Schedule includes full-time shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) with every other weekend; salary range presented with night-shift differential.
