Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Montrose, CO for Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE. Full-time position providing daily living assistance, restorative and supportive care to frail or elderly participants, monitoring health status, reporting changes, assisting with IADLs (grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation), participating in day center activities, meal service and clean-up, and potential travel to participant homes. Requires HS diploma/equivalent, Colorado CNA license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; must have a valid driver’s license and transportation. Benefits include health insurance, 403(b), PTO, life and disability insurance, EAP, wellness incentives, and newer earnings access, with shifts across 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 12-8pm, or 2-10pm; schedule is Full-Time with weekends occasionally. Located in Montrose, CO with on-site work expectation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Current License as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) in the state of Colorado required.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
