Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining vital signs, and psychosocial support. Assist residents with meals, snacks, water, and supplements while ensuring a positive dining experience. Support transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment, along with range of motion and passive exercises. Document all cares and behaviors per Society policy, procedures, and regulations. Properly handle linens, soiled clothing, and supplies while maintaining consistent hand washing and PPE use. Work 12-hour rotating days and evenings, including 36/48 night shifts, at $18/hour.
