Job Summary
Assist residents, clients, and members with activities of daily living to ensure person-centered care and service. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to keep residents safe, comfortable, and thriving while building lasting relationships with kupuna. Work alongside teammates in senior living communities, skilled nursing, home health, or the resource pool across Arcadia, 15 Craigside, and Hale Ola Kino locations. Maintain current State of Hawaii CNA certification, First Aid, and CPR credentials. Provide support for lifting, transferring, and assisting residents safely, including standing, bending, and prolonged walking.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents, clients, and members safely, including standing, bending, and prolonged walking or standing
- We welcome applicants who currently live in Hawaii or are actively planning to relocate
