Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living to ensure person-centered care across senior living communities, skilled nursing, home health, and the resource pool. Build lasting relationships with kupuna while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to keep residents safe, comfortable, and thriving. Maintain reliability and a team-first spirit, utilizing skills to safely lift, transfer, and assist members during prolonged standing and walking. Requires current State of Hawaii CNA certification, First Aid & CPR certification, and high school diploma or GED. Full-time, part-time, casual, call-in, and seasonal shifts available in day, evening, and overnight rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents, clients, and members safely, including standing, bending, and prolonged walking or standing
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification (Out of state applicants: we'll point you to Hawaii certification steps)
