Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) needed for three full-time roles in Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, and Clayton Counties. Typical shifts 7:30am–4:30pm or 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday with alternating weekends; 40 hours per week. Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily activities, mobility, and hygiene, monitor vital signs, document care activities, and collaborate with the nursing team. Travel to 3–5 patient homes per day with drive time included; must be able to clock in/out and maintain accurate timesheets. Requires CNA certification or HHA assessment, high school diploma, and strong communication, compassion, and infection-control knowledge. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or HHA Test/Assessment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNA or healthcare experience preferred
- GPS clock in/out
