Job Summary
Provide personal cares, transfer assistance, household services, and companionship to residents in an Independent Living Facility. Report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager per physician orders and care plan under the supervision of the RN Clinical Manager. Role includes assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and creating a warm, caring environment. Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time with 7AM-7PM shifts; standard benefits offered including health/dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training program and competency.
- Must have a current Wisconsin CNA License.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in caring for individuals in need of support and assistance.
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
