Job Summary
Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training program by observing care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practices. Assist with resident care activities under supervision while practicing skills through demonstrations and supervised clinical experiences. Communicate resident observations to nursing staff and maintain their dignity, privacy, and rights. Follow facility policies, attend required classes and clinical sessions, and complete training assignments and competency evaluations. Work full-time or part-time with an 8 am to 4 pm schedule at Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in the Catskill Mountains.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully meet all program and facility requirements for participation in CNA training

- High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program preferred
- Interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to follow directions and maintain professional conduct
