CNA Trainee

Participate in the Certified Nursing Assistant training program by observing resident care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practices. Assist with resident care activities under supervision while practicing skills through demonstrations and supervised clinical experiences. Communicate resident observations to nursing staff and maintain dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times. Follow facility policies, attend required classes and clinical sessions, and complete training assignments and competency evaluations. Work alongside caring professionals in a skilled nursing environment dedicated to resident-centered care and employee growth.
