Job Summary
Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training program by observing care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practices. Assist with resident care activities under supervision while practicing skills through demonstrations and supervised clinical experiences. Communicate resident observations to nursing staff and maintain their dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and infection prevention guidelines while attending all required classes, clinical sessions, and competency evaluations. Complete training assignments and perform additional duties as assigned within the training program scope. Required Qualifications
- Must successfully meet all program and facility requirements for participation in CNA training
