CNA Telemetry

Provide essential direct and indirect nursing care under the proficient direction of a Registered Nurse, aligning with established policies and procedures. Perform vital patient care tasks including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and meeting nutritional and elimination needs. Promptly answer call lights, report patient status changes to the Registered Nurse, and accurately document vital signs, input/output, and other care findings. Assist with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks directly supervised by the nurse while maintaining thorough and confidential patient chart records. Communicate concerns regarding hazards or errors to the healthcare team.
