Job Summary
Conduct personal hygiene and care services including bathing, oral care, hair care, toileting, and feeding. Monitor resident conditions and report changes while taking and recording vital signs. Perform transfers and assist residents with positioning, mobility, and ambulation. Requires PA NA Registration; training graduates with upcoming test dates are considered. Full-time evening shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, 64 hours every two weeks including every other weekend and holidays.
