Job Summary
Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff promptly. Assist with restorative activities, transfers, ambulation, and proper use of assistive devices. Document care and observations according to facility policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized environment while following infection control practices. Provide emotional support to residents and families. Requires current North Dakota CNA certification, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work involves frequent standing, walking, and bending in a long-term care setting with exposure to bodily fluids and infectious conditions.
Required Qualifications

- Computer and keyboarding skills
