Job Summary
Develop and post nursing department schedules two weeks in advance while supervising newly hired CNAs through orientation and ongoing check-ins. Conduct daily audits of resident care documentation and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to facilitate skills fairs, quality improvement meetings, and care planning sessions. Mentor staff on best practices and coordinate recruitment efforts with Human Resources to ensure all training requirements are met. Maintain a positive role model presence during hands-on floor shifts to support team cohesion and resident outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CNA for minimum of 6 months
