Job Summary
CNA Supervisor will supervise CNAs on multiple units, provide mentorship and leadership to create a positive team atmosphere, collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other departments to address concerns and opportunities, oversee orientation and ongoing education, ensure accurate CNA documentation and scheduling, participate in quality improvement activities (QAPI, care planning meetings, safety and committee meetings), and support staff through coaching and performance feedback to promote best-practice care and resident outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a CNA for minimum of 6 months.
- Current CNA certification/licensure required
