Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Support residents during enrichment programs and social activities, providing companionship and encouraging participation in wellness initiatives. Collaborate with the healthcare team by monitoring resident health and reporting concerns, upholding dignity and respect in all interactions. Full-time and part-time positions available with mandatory every-other weekend and holiday rotations. Shift differentials apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant license valid in the state of Wisconsin
- Mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
- Strong communication and teamwork/collaborative skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and adapt to residents' needs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior living, rehabilitation, or enrichment-focused setting
