Job Summary
CNA role in Springdale, AR providing the highest quality care in an assisted living and memory care setting. Responsible for hands-on care and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Personalized Service Plan (PSP), leading assigned tasks of Resident Care Associate / Primary Resident Care Associate, and assisting with activities and wellness initiatives. Responsibilities include updating and contributing to PSPs, managing the incontinence program, maintaining hydration schedules, ensuring resident rights, supervising RCAs and shift crossover, assisting Wellness Nurse with vitals, training new hires, charting, responding to security systems and call bells, ensuring cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas, and coordinating with families and teams to promote a safe, comfortable home-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- CNA license/certification required
- High School education preferred (may be required by state)
- Experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred
