Job Summary
Special Attendant role providing direct personal care and patient assistance including hygiene, ambulation, meals, dressing, grooming, and safe transfers. Responsibilities cover bathing, denture care, eyeglasses, hearing aids, prosthetic devices, bed making, incontinence care, skin and nail care, perineal care/toileting, catheter care, nutrition, and maintaining ROM and positioning. Requires a minimum of six months direct client care experience and listing as a nurse aide on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry with good standing. No CNA license required. Schedule options include full-time (M-F plus every other weekend) and PRN with mileage and cell phone reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in direct client care
- Be listed as a nurse aide on the Texas Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
- DOES NOT REQUIRE CNA LICENSE
- Fulltime Position- M-F + EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
- PRN Position- you pick your schedule.
- BOTH INCLUDE MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT + CELL PHONE REIMBURSEMENT
