Job Summary
Seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), taking vital signs, aiding mobility and transfers, observing changes and reporting to the licensed nurse, documenting care, supporting meals and hydration, maintaining a clean and safe environment, following infection control and safety procedures, and assisting nursing staff as assigned. Must hold an active CNA certification in the state and be capable of lifting/transferring residents; prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
