Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries while maintaining accurate documentation of care provided. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse. Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs. Ensure rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized while following infection control policies. Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment. Active Certified Nurse Aide certification required; previous experience in skilled nursing preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
