CNA - SNF West Wing at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center (Nights, Part Time 0.6 FTE) collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team to deliver quality patient/resident care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Provides admission/discharge support, room setup, and ongoing daily care; ensures equipment and supplies are available; documents patient care and communicates changes in condition; adheres to infection control policies and safety procedures; demonstrates proficient basic patient care skills, and supports plan of care development and timely task completion. Requires completion of an approved nursing assistant course, California CNA certification, and AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals; prior geriatric or acute care experience is preferred.
