CNA | Skilled Nursing | PRN Status

Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership in a healthcare setting. Delivers and assists in basic patient care, performs CNA assessments, takes vital signs, and communicates abnormalities to leadership. Documents care accurately and timely, maintains patient privacy, and assists with activities of daily living. Emphasizes confidentiality and teamwork, with duties that may vary by department. Requires Montana CNA certification and CPR; Home Health Aide certification is preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire. PRN, variable shifts, and a flexible schedule are offered; supports a safe, compassionate, patient-centered environment. Skills include critical thinking, organization, written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
