Job Summary
Provide basic patient care under supervision in a healthcare setting, including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining patient privacy, documenting care accurately, and communicating patient needs to leadership. Collaborates with team to coordinate workloads and patient priorities, supports compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards, and contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate required
- Current CPR required as applicable to assigned area(s)
- Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire
- Understand confidentiality laws governing provider-patient relationship including HIPAA
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document care and coordinate with leadership
- Team-focused and able to work independently as needed
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software
