CNA | Skilled Nursing | Brendan House | PRN Status

Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s). Delivers and assists in the delivery of basic patient care, communicates workloads and priorities to leadership, performs CNA assessments, takes vital signs, and informs stakeholders of any abnormal findings. Maintains patient privacy and documents care accurately, assists with activities of daily living, maintains equipment and supplies, and ensures compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards. Works in a team environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and may require Home Health Aide certification within six months. PRN/As-needed scheduling at Logan Health with flexible shifts; includes potential eligibility for differential pay and a 401(k) match.
