Job Summary
Delivers and assists in the delivery of basic patient care under supervision, including performing CNA assessments and taking vital signs. Maintains patient privacy and documents care accurately; assists with activities of daily living; coordinates workloads with leadership; communicates changes in patient condition per protocol; supports compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards; contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment and may perform related administrative duties as assigned. Pre-employment screening includes background checks, drug screening, and immunizations; shift is Day Shift, 12 hours, with schedules set by department leadership. Must maintain Montana CNA certification and CPR as applicable, with Home Health Aide certification preferred or obtainable within six months of hire. Required Qualifications
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Understanding of HIPAA/confidentiality laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or ability to learn as needed
