Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while documenting care and reporting health or behavior changes. Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support within a warm, home-like environment. Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional care for our 5-star Medicare rated facility in Redding, CT. Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration. Full-Time roles offer 30 hours e/o weekend or 22.5 hours e/o weekend; Part-Time options include 7.5 hours every Sunday. Hourly wage ranges from $21 to $22.25 with shift differentials.
