Job Summary
Provide resident-centered care as a Certified Nursing Assistant across day, evening, and night shifts in a long-term care setting. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), support mobility, transfers, and ambulation; monitor and report changes in residents' conditions; take and record vital signs; maintain a clean, safe environment; collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and promote dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
