Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will prioritize resident service to ensure high-quality care for residents and their families, operating under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), providing ambulation and transfers, supporting licensed nurses with treatments, maintaining confidentiality of care information, and promoting a culture of safety. Candidates must have completed a certified nursing assistant program, possess a current CNA certification, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
