Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companionship to home-based clients under a written care plan. Perform activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, mobility assistance), light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Travel to clients’ homes to deliver one-on-one patient care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) for BAYADA and associated clients; opportunities for career advancement, ongoing training, and flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call). Emphasis on empathy, compassion, reliability, and delivering high-quality care in clients’ homes.
