Job Summary
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to basic needs such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating. Help clients take prescribed medication, assist with ambulation, and support mobility around the house or outside for doctor's appointments and walks. Plan and prepare meals, assist with physical therapy exercises, complete client shopping, and perform housekeeping duties while reporting unusual incidents. Act quickly and responsibly in emergency cases and offer essential daily living activities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds required. Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred. Available for different shifts including nights and weekends.

- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
Desired Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
