Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion care to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care. Support meal preparation, administer medication reminders, and facilitate range of motion exercises and ambulation using mechanical lifting devices. Travel to clients' homes as assigned to help them stay safe and independent.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
