Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide patient-specific care such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care for bed-bound patients. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts while performing light housekeeping and accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments.
