CNA/RNA- Part time

The CNA/RNA — Part time role provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents per their assessment and care plan. Essential duties include identifying residents before treatments, recording with approved abbreviations, reporting condition changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring confidentiality of protected health information, safeguarding information system access, performing only trained nursing procedures, preparing resident rooms, orienting residents, assisting with daily activities, transferring or transporting residents, and supporting restorative and rehabilitative tasks. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, ability to read and follow policies, and collaborating with facility staff to maintain quality nursing services. A licensed CNA is required; CPR certification is preferred. This is a part-time position at West Valley Post Acute in the United States.
