Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping tasks. Provide patient-specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care. Use lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts, with preferred experience in these areas.
